Most definitely. Since its launch in June 2020, 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams has been deployed in over 1,500 organizations world-wide.
Furthermore, in March 2021 we further enhanced the capabilities of the solution with the introduction of the 8x8 Voice for Teams app, which enables additional 8x8-powered capabilities within the native Teams user interface, including eFax, call recording playback and call queue log-in.
Indeed, the scope of the 8x8 solution continues to evolve, with the objective of delivering superior value and experience for customers standardizing on Microsoft Teams as their preferred communications and collaboration environment.
Support for cross-platform presence is also available, enabling the real-time user status of Teams-based users to be visible from the 8x8 Work UC client and CC agent interface.
