Only 49% believe current communication systems support Gen Z preferences. That climbs to 72% for Boomers. 52% indicate Chat apps (like WhatsApp) are the preferred communication channel for Gen Z; only 4% for Boomers. Conversely, 63% indicate the phone as the preferred channel for Boomers; only 11% for Gen Z. Now please consider the different age groups of students you serve.
