An introduction from Andrew Lilley
Thank you for your time at the recent Digital Boardroom session. It was great to meet you (albeit virtually) to discuss using digital communications to enable hybrid working. It's an interesting time to be a business leader and with up to 82% of us planning to deploy a hybrid work model it was inevitable that conversations touched on so many subjects. While I gravitate toward the technical aspects of enabling employee and customer engagement, I'm also mindful there are wider implications about the way we conduct post-pandemic business. We no longer need to use separate physical devices to make phone calls, send email or chat messages, and join video conferences. Today, it’s possible to consolidate communication tools into a single app, accessible on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. This freedom presents an opportunity to simplify our approach and fully embrace a more sustainable hybrid model.
