Platform Housing Group is one of the largest housing associations in the UK’s Midlands, with over 45,000 homes and more than 120,000 customers.
The organisation aims to deliver a high standard of service across its communications channels for staff and customers and wound up with disparate phone systems after a merger.
The Group found the answer through a market evaluation and reviewing Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for the ideal unified communications solution and selected 8x8.
